What is Customer Service
Customer service means different things to different people but as a customer
I know what I want. I want to be put in a place where nothing is ever a
problem, a place where I'm not afraid to ask for anything and can expect
a satisfying reply. I want there always to be someone there to tend to my
needs and not complain that I make unreasonable requests.
What is customer service? well to me that's it, the removal of all
problems. If a company can do that, if they can supply me with the goods
or service that I want and solve any problem that arises in a timely and
comfortable fashion then that's where I shall go to the next time I want
similar products.
What is customer service? it's anything you need to do to make your
customer feel happy and secure.
I hope that the information on this site will help you in some way.
